What rentals do you have available?

We rent our items for all kinds of special occasions...weddings, showers, birthday parties, styled photo shoots, family photos, children's photos, bridal portraits, anniversary parties, engagement parties, graduation parties, corporate events, advertising, theatrical productions, media and film. We have arches, bars, bar backs, benches, boats, buffets, chairs, chandeliers, doors, farm tables, lanterns, pedestals, pews, rugs, settees, sofas, vases... and so much more! (We do not rent linens).

How do I rent from Happily Ever After Event Rentals?

Check out our inventory on our website, Facebook page and Instagram. Next, fill out our contact form under the 'Get Started' tab. Let us know what you are looking for. We will get back to you to set up a time to meet and chat either in person or by phone if you are not local. After our initial consultation, we will put together an estimate. You will have two weeks or less to decide on the items, (depending on if someone else wants the same item for the same date). A 50% nonrefundable deposit will reserve the items for your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. 

When can you meet?

We meet by appointment only. Tuesday-Thursday 8am-2pm. We understand because of school/work schedules and out of town travel, you may need to meet after hours. We will try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you deliver? 

Absolutely! We deliver up to a 3 hr radius around us. There is a rental minimum of $350 to deliver under 60 miles away, plus a delivery cost to cover mileage and to cover the cost of our crew. If set up or assembly is required then there is an hourly fee as well. If we deliver over 60 miles the rental minimum increases.

We do allow for some pieces to be picked up from our warehouse. For furniture, you must have an enclosed vehicle, box truck, trailer or cargo van with proper straps and moving blankets. Smaller items are no problem to pick up. 

Can I add or delete items from my invoice once my deposit has been paid?

Items can always be added if they are available for your date; however, we cannot delete items within 14 days of the event.

What if a rental gets broken/damaged or goes missing while under the contracted time?

Unfortunately things happen! You will be charged the value of the item listed on the contract to the credit card you leave on file.

I do not see what I am looking for in your inventory?

We are adding to our inventory almost weekly, so we may not have items pictured and on our site yet. Please ask if you are looking for something specific. We are happy to search for it! We also do custom builds.
